Listen to the Past Tell the Future
Exploiting previously hidden treasures across the breadth and depth of our unique and internationally important collection and archive, through the ages and across the Armed Forces, we will share the secrets of our past.

Tales of cunning, creativity, determination, technical brilliance, and heroism, will be told in vibrantly modern displays set in a building with historic national intelligence connections.
Our Vision
NCMI will be authoritative. It will celebrate the skills and operations of professional intelligencers and the invaluable contribution they have made, and continue to make, to the success and safety of the United Kingdom and her allies.

We will commemorate the heroism and sacrifice of all who have lost their lives or suffered injury in the course of their intelligence duties.

NCMI will entertain and educate. Military Intelligence skills are relevant to everyday life. Discover the unknown, stay secure, tell truth from lie, spot fakes and sift facts. Our skills are for life. From politics to geography, strategy and plans, success and failure, threats and opportunities, we help visitors understand the modern world, both real and virtual.

Listen to the past tell the future. That’s intelligence.
